The Argentinian registry has just announced the activation of a new national TLD: .NET.AR
This TLD will add to the already existing .COM.AR TLD, on November 1st.
The requirements and costs will be the same as .COM.AR. The local presence will still be required, but this will only be the only substantive requirement. IP Twins may provide a local proxy.
WARNING: there will be no sunrise period for trademark owners. The TLD will immediately be open to all.
We strongly suggest the registration of .NET.AR domain names upon availability. It is possible to request a pre-registration of domains before the launch of the extension.
Do not hesitate to contact your IP Twins account manager for any additional information.
